In this paper the author designed a new air pollution detec-tive microanalyzer. It uses special phase lock loop as measuring circuits anduses piezoelectric crystal as sensors which were coated by special chemicalmaterial. This microanalyzer can fast detect and analysis the quantity ofair pollution and has high precision, high sensitivity.
