摘要
综述了激光倍频技术的发展,并对TEA CO2激光器倍频技术进行了较为详细的分析.给出了3~5 mm激光的应用领域.
The research progress of second harmonic generation of laser is surveyed, an analysis of the SHG of TEA CO2, isprovided particularly in detail, and some areas in which the 3~ 5μm laser is used to show the bimportance of the SHG study are poinedcut.
