涂料用P(nBA-AA)/P(S-AA)乳胶互穿网络聚合物的研究──Ⅲ 影响乳胶漆性能的因素

摘要 用种子乳液聚合技术合成了聚丙烯酸正丁酯-丙烯酸/聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸(PnBA-AA/PS-AA)乳胶互穿网络聚合物(LIPN)系列.探讨了丙烯酸用量、交联剂用量、单体组成比、核壳组成互换、增容剂以及颜料体积浓度(P.V.C)对乳胶漆性能的影响.在相同的P.V.C条件下,将IPN型乳胶漆与B_(12)型、共聚型、共混型、核壳型乳胶漆进行了性能对比.实验结果表明.IPN型乳胶漆的性能最好,是一种比较理想的外墙建筑装饰涂料。 In the paper, a series of poly(n-butyl acrylate-acrylicacid/poly (styrene-acrylic acid) latex interpenetrating polymer networkswere synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of thecontent of acrylic acid and crosslinking agent, monomer proportion, thechanging of the core and shell, the copolymer compatibization, and pig-ment volume concentration (P.V.C) on the properties of emulsion coatingwere investigated. In the same P.V.C., by comparing the LIPN coatingwith B_(12), copolymeritation, polyblend and core-shell coating in the func-tion of washing and brushing resisting, UVL-resisting, pollution resist-ing, hardness, adhesive force, strength of shock and degree of lustre, theresult is that comprehensive character of LIPN coating is better than ofother coatings. Therefore, the LIPN coating is a good coating for exteriorwall.
