不同月龄奶公牛附睾注药绝育对其肉用性能的影响

Effects of medicated caput epididymis sterilization on meat performance of age in months dairy bull

选用 4 0头 2月龄断奶乳用公犊 ,分别在 2、6、10和 14月龄用“绝育I号”对奶公牛进行附睾药物绝育试验。结果表明 :2月龄和 6月龄药物处理组牛的 18月龄体重比 10月龄 (+ 17,+ 15kg)和 14月龄 (+ 19,+ 17kg)药物处理组牛均有显著提高 ;2月龄组牛平均日增重分别比 10月龄和14月龄药物处理组牛增加 2 9g(P <0 .0 5 )和 4 0 g(P <0 .0 1) ,6月龄组牛平均日增重分别比 10月龄和 14月龄组牛增加 30 g(P <0 .0 5 )和 4 1g(P <0 .0 1) ;

fourty 2-month dairy bull were injected 'sterile-I' into caput epididymis in 2,6,10,14-month respectively.The results sh owed that 18-month body weight of 2-month and 6-month medicated dairy bull were significant higher than that of 10-month (+17,+15kg)and 14-month group(+19,+17kg).Average daily gain of 2-month group were higher than that of 10-month and 14-month group 29 g( P <0.05.)and 40 g( P <0.01) respectively.Average daily gain of 6-month group were higher than that of 10-month and 14-month group 30g( P <0.05) and 41g ( P <0.01) respectively. Meat guality of dairy bull had no effect in month groups.
