摘要
对XZ-8耐火砖钢模芯棒表面等离子弧喷焊的工艺性能进行了研究,提出了能保证堆焊层质量、高速、高效的喷焊工艺,解决了该零件的磨损问题。
The precessability of the plasma are surfacing of the coreclub of ZX-8 model refractory cement mould was studied.The atticlegares out the plasma are surfacing procedure to be able to guarantee quality and to have higher speed and effectiveness.The abrasion problem ofthe core club is solved with the procedure.
