摘要
将 70只 10日龄公雏随机分成 7组 ,每组 10只。Ⅰ组为不感染不给药组 ,Ⅱ组为感染不给药组 ,Ⅲ组为中药 (5 g/kg饲料 )组 ,Ⅳ组为地克珠利 (1mg/kg饲料 )组 ,Ⅴ组为马杜拉霉素 (5mg/kg饲料 )组 ,Ⅵ组为阶段性运用地克珠利和中药组 ,Ⅶ组为阶段性运用马杜拉霉素和中药组。除Ⅰ组的鸡只外 ,其余全部试验鸡每只经嗉囊接种孢子化柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊 1 5× 10 5个。试验结果表明 :抗球虫指数 (ACI)由高到低依次为Ⅰ→Ⅵ→Ⅶ→Ⅳ→Ⅴ→Ⅲ→Ⅱ ,增重由大到小依次为Ⅰ→Ⅵ→Ⅶ→Ⅳ→Ⅲ→Ⅴ→Ⅱ ,表明阶段应用西药和中药预防球虫病不仅效果好 ,且能促进雏鸡生长 。
Seventy 10 day male chickens were randomly divided into 7 groups of 10, namely uninfected and unmedicated(Ⅰ), infected and unmedicated(Ⅱ), traditional Chinese medicine(5 g/kg)(Ⅲ), Diclazuril (1 mg/kg) (Ⅳ), Maduramycin (5 mg/kg)(Ⅴ), stage medication of Diclazuril and traditional Chinese medicine (Ⅵ), stage medication of Maduramycin and traditional Chinese medicine (Ⅶ) Except group I, the other chickens were challenged with 1 5×10 5 sporulated Eimeria tenella oocysts per bird The results showed that the anticoccidial index (ACI) and weight gain among the groups were Ⅰ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅲ, Ⅱ and Ⅰ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅳ, Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅱ in order respectively It indicated that stage feeding of western and traditional Chinese medicine could not only prevent chicken coccidiosis effectively, but also promote the growth of birds, and stage feeding of Diclazuril and traditional Chinese medicine was the most effective in all groups
