摘要
对饲粮的营养成分 (包括能量、蛋白质、脂肪、缓冲剂和矿物质、维生素等 )与牛乳乳脂、乳蛋白质量的关系进行了综述。牛乳组成受多种因素影响 ,其中饲粮条件是影响乳成分的决定性因素。
