摘要 随着现代脉冲功率技术的发展,越来越多的场合需要应用高压电源.传统的高压电源由于其体积和低稳定性不能够满足一些新技术和特殊场合的要求.本文给出了一种新型的的高频高压电源的拓扑结构.新型的功率器件(智能功率模块)可以用做开关频率高至20kHz的电源开关,该模块内含控制电路、优化的门极驱动电路、保护电路和半导体功率器件.充分利用了脉冲调制技术(PWM)和谐振变换技术.设计原理、仿真和试验结果都表明该电源具有良好的稳定性. With the development of modern pulse power technology, more and more fields need high voltage power supply. The classic high voltage power supply can not satisfy the new technology and some special fields for its huge volume and low stabilization. This paper presents a novel high voltage and high frequency power topology. The new power devices(Intelligence Power Modules (IPM))can be used as power-switches operating at frequencies to 20k Hz. Built-in control circuits provide optimum gate drive and protection for the IGBT and free-wheel diode power devices. The author makes full use of both the PWM modulation technology and the syntony converting technology. The design criteria, simulation, and experimental results are included to show the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
