National relation is an old and new topic. On one hand, the market-orientated reform has promoted and sped up the development of territories of nationality; on the other hand, it has also brought on a series of new problems which have affected national relations. The most effective way to solve the present national problems is to strengthen the self-developing ability of all nationalities, to transform the location and resources superiority into an internal strength and to realize the sustainable development with the help of external support and the promotion of market.
