闭式园柱齿轮传动强度验算方法探讨

RESEARCH ON THE METHOD OF STRENGTH CHECKING COMPUTATIONS IN THE CLOSED-TYPE CYLINDRICAL GEARING

本文提出了一种闭式团柱齿轮传动强度验算的新型方法,推导得出了直齿的验算公式。该方法既简化了计算,又有同等的准确性。算例表明,其验算可靠并便于参数的调整,在齿轮设计和制造中具有明显的使用价值。图3,表1,参3。

A new method is set forth on the strength checking calculations of the closed-type cylindrical searing. The check formula of the spur gear is advanced. The method can simplify calculating and have the same accuracy. The examples presented in the paper show that the checldng computations is reliable and easy to adjusting parameters. The means has clear use value in the design and manufacture of gear. 3figs, 1tab, 3refs.
