拔除留置尿管时机对减少尿潴留的临床研究

Clinical study on the timing for pulling out the indwelling catheter for reducing retention of urine

目的为探讨拔除留置尿管的不同时机对尿潴留的影响。方法将 15 0例留置尿管病人随机分组 ,甲组 5 0例在膀胱充盈时拔管 ,乙组 5 0例在膀胱空虚时拔管、丙组 5 0例随机 (不论膀胱是否充盈 )拔除尿管。结果甲组自动排尿率为 98% (49/ 5 0 ) ,乙组为 80 % (40 / 5 0 ) ,丙组为 84 % (42 / 5 0 )。乙组和丙组自动排尿成功率明显低于甲组 (P <0 0 1) ,乙组和丙组自动排尿成功率无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。

Objective To study the effect of different timing for pulling out the indwelling catheter for reducing retention of urine. Method 150 cases patients were divided into A, B and C groups. in group A, the indwelling catheter was pulled out during when the urinary bladder is filled. In group B, the indwelling catheter was pulled out when the urinary bladder is empty.And in group C, the indwelling catheter was pulled out randomly. Result the rate of auto urinate for group A was 98% (49/50), 80% for group B (40/50) and 84% for group C (42/50), there is significantly difference for group B and C compared with group A ( P <0.05). there is no significantly difference between group B and group C ( P >0.05). Conclusion pulling out the indwelling catheter when the urinary bladder filled is better than that of the i urinary bladder is empty.
