门诊病人行白内障手术的护理

Nursing for outpatient accepted cataract surgery

目的 为了推广白内障病人门诊行白内障超声乳化摘除并人工晶体植入术一即病人手术后可回家 ,不必住院。方法 总结 1 56例白内障病人门诊行超声乳化摘除并人工晶体植入术的护理及做法。结果 1 56例病人1 72只眼术后除 5只眼是由于病人本身眼底不好视力提高不明显 ,其它眼视力提高良好 ,无一例出现感染等并发症。结论 门诊病人行白内障手术是一种有效、简单、可行的方法 ,值得推广。

Objective To extend ultrasonic phaco-emulsification,aspiration and artificated lens implanted in outpatients.Methods The experience of nursing for 156 cataract outpatients accepted ultrasonic phaco-emulsification,aspiration and artificated lens implanted.Results Total 172 eyes accepted operation, and the vison of patients increased except 5 eyes because of disease im fundus oculi.No complications such as infection occurred.Conclusion Operation in outpatients is simple,efficient and feasible,and should be extended.
