盐酸克林霉素凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮的临床研究

Clinical Study Of Clindamycin Hydrochloride Gel in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的 :评价盐酸克林霉素凝胶在治疗寻常性痤疮中的疗效和安全性。方法 :寻常性痤疮患者 2 0 0例 ,采用严格的多中心、双盲、随机平行对照试验的方法。治疗组 10 0例应用 1%盐酸克林霉素凝胶治疗 ,对照组 10 0例应用1%克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗 ,比较两组疗效。结果 :治疗组有效率为 84.0 % ,对照组为 78.0 % ,经Ridit检验 ,两组疗效差异不显著 ;两组的不良反应均较轻。结论 :1%盐酸克林霉素凝胶治疗寻常性痤疮是安全。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 1% clindamycin hydrochloride gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods:The effects of 1% clindamycin hydrochloride gel on acne vulgaris were observed in comparison with 1% clindamycing phosphate gel in a multicentre, double blind, randomized, and parallel controlled trial. Results:The effective rate in experiment group was 84.0% and the effective rate in control group was 78.0%. No significant difference was found in efficacy between the two groups using ridit test. The side effects of both medicine were mild. Conclusion:1% clindamycin hydrochloride gel is safe and effective in the treatmeat of acne vulgaris.
