强肝胶囊治疗乙肝后肝纤维化的疗效观察

Efficacy of Qiang-gan Capsule in the Treatment of Secondary Hepatic Fibrosis in Hepatitis B Disease

[目的 ]观察强肝胶囊对乙肝后肝纤维化的疗效。 [方法 ]乙肝后肝纤维化病人 133例 ,分为两组。试验组 78例用强肝胶囊 ,对照组 5 5例使用水飞蓟素片 ;测定治疗前后血清肝纤维化指标、生化指标变化情况并作统计学处理。 [结果 ]通过对疗效和不良反应观察结果的统计 ,证明试验组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。 [结论 ]强肝胶囊治疗乙肝后肝纤维化有一定疗效且较安全。

To observe the efficacy of Qiang gan capsule in the treatment of secondary hepatic fibrosis in hepatitis B disease. 133 patients were randomly divided into Qiang gan capsule group(n=78) or silymarin tablet group(n = 55) and their efficacy and side effects were observed.The serum fibrosis markers and biomedical blood markers of the two groups were also determined. All the data were treated by statistics. The efficacy of Qiang gan capsule was significantly superior to that of silymarin tablet in this treatment course . [CONCLUSION]Qiang gan capsule is an effective and safely agent for treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
