摘要
建立了二自由度行星变速箱传动简图的平面图数学模型,采用D.M.P算法来判断传动简图的可平面性,排除构件干涉的传动简图,并采用启发式深度优先搜索方法来迸行传动简图的连接,从而得到全部的可行的传动简图.按照该方法开发的行星变速箱传动方案CAD系统,计算速度大大加快,从而使该系统更具有实用价值.
A mathematical model of plane-graph of two-freedom epicyclic gearboxes has been established, and using D. M. P algorithm, feasibility of transmission connection diagrams has been judged;and those diagrams with interference of components have been excluded. Then by using heuristic depth-first search method, all feasible transmission connection diagrams could be gained. Based on these methods, a CAD system for design of transmission schemes of epicyclic gearboxes is developed. Because of the enhancement of calculation speed, the CAD system is more practical.
