摘要
通过荧光光谱滴定、UV-vis、1H-NMR、IR等考察了5-对-(间羰基苯甲酸)-氨基苯基-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉锌(Ⅱ)配合物(Zn(m-CPTPP)、氯化铁(Ⅲ)(Fe(m-CPTPP)CI)通过氢键的超分子自组装行为.Zn(m-CPTPP)与Fe(m-CPTPP)CI通过氢键自组装成超分子.根据荧光光谱滴定数据计算了超分子的结合常数,Zn(m-CPTPP)/Fe(m-CPTPP)CI体系组装的超分子具有较高的稳定性与其闭合型构象引起的卟啉环间的π-π堆积作用有关。
The supramolecular self-assembly by hydrogen-bonding of 5-p-(m-carbonyl-benzene- monocarbox-ylic acid)-arnino-pheny1-10, 15,20-triphenylporphyrin complexes of zinc、iron(Ⅲ) were studied by fluorescencespectroscopic titration, Uv-vis, 1H-NMR and IR. Zn(m-CPTPP)/Fe(m-CPTPP)Cl can form supramoleculeby hydrogen-bonding. The association constants of supramolecular systems were determined from the data offluorescence spectroscopic titration. The higher association constant of Fe(m-CPTPP) Cl-Zn(m-CPTPP) su-pramolecule was discussed by its π-π stacking between porphyrin rings resulted from this 'closed' conforma-tion.
