论述了电子辅料检测以及电子焊接失效分析工作中的几个常见于电子辅料，主要是助焊剂、焊料与清洗剂中的质量问题，以及这些问题对所组装的电子产品可能带来的质量与可靠性问题，以引起有关方面的关注。

Several issues on the quality of stuffs which are largely used in electronic industry have been discussed in this article on the basis of the author' s experience in many years from testing the stuff including flux /solder and detergent, and failure analysis of electronic products. The potential quality and reliability problems of electronic products assembled with those stuffs were also involved in this discussion. All these were made just to draw attentions from consumers and suppliers.
