介绍电气互联技术的基本概念、组成和主要内容 ,并对电气互联技术与SMT的关系 。
The basic concepts, composition and main content of electrical interconnecting technology are presented in this paper. Meanwhile, the problems of electrical interconnecting technology being relationship with SMT, its reaserch and developing trend etc. have also been described.
