摘要
文中针对SLM-16设备,在对所有线路板的可能故障进行纵向和横向积累、比较、归类的基础上,建立了一个完备的故障分析信息库,从而对整个SLM-16产品,形成了一套适用范围广、高效价廉的故障判别方法。针对SLM.16产品测试系统存在的缺陷,文中提出了三项改进的故障分析方法,即连续重复测试法、高温老化试验法和性能指标匹配法,建立了系统常见故障分析信息库。实践表明:采用该方法后,故障检测的效率大大提高,并且避免了一些隐形故障,这些方法对于其它光网络产品的故障分析和维修同样适用。
The paper builds up a set of repairing system and methods of SLM - 16 system. It accumulates, compares, classifies and improves methods of judgement of all faulty SLM - 16 PCBs, to create fault judgement method of wide adaptability, high efficiency and low expense. According to the shortcoming on the test system, it brings forward three improved repairing methods (continual repeated test, high temperature burnjn test, performance objective match) and sets up the common fault analysis information base. The above improved solutions have evident superiority, which is adaptive to the repairing of other optical networking products.
