摘要 ACT器件的发明 ,产生了一种新型、高速的信号处理器 ,它可以直接用于RF领域 ,是一种完全可编程的模拟信号处理器 ,不需要A/D和D/A变换器。其处理信号速度非常高 ,每秒钟可完成 4 5亿次以上的相乘和累加操作运算。用它构成自适应滤波器和均衡器 ,已经应用于商业和军事系统中。对ACT器件作了简单的介绍 。 The development of new high speed signal processors using ACT devices which are capable of handling RF signal is presented. The ACT technology has led to the implementation of a fully programmable analog processor which can perform multiplication and accumulation operations with high speed. It has been used as adaptive filters and equalizers in a variety of commercial and military systems. This paper presents a brief introduction to the ACT devices and discusses its several applications now under development.
