摘要
简要综述了数字样机技术和近年来各种新型摆线传动技术的研究及其应用。提出密珠摆线传动概念设计 ,采用数字样机技术完成数字样机的开发并制作了物理样机 ,大大加快了新产品的研发周期。
This paper introduces briefly the concept of digital prototype and summarizes the research done and application of the full complement ball cycloidal reducer. The conceptual design of the full complement cycloidal ball reducer is proposed and the actual prototype based on the digital prototype technique is realized. The development time for new reducer is substantially reduced and the test result is cited.
