摘要
超声车削的效率受切削速度、切削深度和进给量的限制 ,因而限制了超声车削的实际应用。讨论了超声车削原理 ,分析了影响超声切削速度、切削深度和进给量的影响因素 ,给出了临界切削速度的计算公式 ,提出了提高超声车削效率的途径。
Cutting velocity, cutting depth and feed are three factors which limit the ultrasonic turning efficiency, and so restrict the practical application of ultrasonic turning. In this paper, ultrasonic turning principle is discussed, the influence of cutting velocity, cutting depth and feed on ultrasonic turning efficiency is analysed. On the basis of the critical cutting velocity formula, the methods of increasing ultrasonic turning efficiency are proposed.
