Along with the development of rural economy and the internationalization of market competition, how to develop the farm machinery's function better and enhance the economic performance further, is an important lesson that should be explored today. This paper investigates the present condition and economic performance of the agricultural machinery抯 operation of various management modes in Shandong province, with a purpose of developing and using the agricultural machinery rationally and increasing the farmer income. It can be beneficial to improve the peoples cognition of accelerating service industrialization of agricultural machinery in the new situation, Consequently to explore the new management mode and organization forms of agricultural machinery positively, in order to promote the development of the agricultural mechanization and the reform of production mode.
