摘要 目的 探讨模拟失重膳食 Fe摄入量及蛋白质含量的变化 .方法 受试者 - 6°头低位卧床 2 1d,用称量法观察其营养素及 Fe摄入量的变化 ,并于卧床前 2 d,卧床 1,11和 2 1d测定血红蛋白 (Hb) ;用双缩脲法及溴甲酚绿法分别测定血清总蛋白及白蛋白含量 .结果 膳食 Fe摄入量 2 wk开始降低 16 % ,3wk后基本恢复 ,血清总蛋白也在 2 wk降低 5 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ,3wk回升 ,Hb不受影响 .结论 模拟失重对膳食Fe摄入量及总蛋白含量有短期影响 。 AIM To explore the changes of human Fe intake and serum protein during simulated weightlessness. METHODS Those who received the test underwent 21 day head down tilt bed rest by the degree of -6. The changes of daily amount of food intake and Fe intake were recorded. The Hb was measured 2 days before the test as well as on the first, eleventh and the last day of the test. The total serum protein and serum albumin were also measured respectively in their own way. RESULTS The amount of food Fe intake waslowered by 16% 2 weeks after the test and was restored nearly to normal level 3 weeks after. The total serum protein was lowered by 5% aftor 2 week ( P <0.05) and returned after 3 weeks. The Hb was not affected. CONCLUSION Food Fe intake and total serum protein may be affected in a short period by simulated weightlessness, but would return to normal after a period of adaptation.
