益肺败毒汤治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌56例总结

Observation on 56 Cases of Intermediate and Late Nonparvicellular Carcinoma of Lung Treated by Yifei Baidu Decoction

采用益肺败毒汤治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 5 6例 ,并与单纯化疗的 30例进行临床对比观察。结果 :治疗组瘤体稳定率 (CR +PR +NC)为 80 .4% ,对照组为 6 6 .7% ;1、2、3年生存率治疗组分别为 75 .9%、35 .2 %、12 .9% ,对照组为40 .7%、2 3.3%及 10 .0 %。提示益肺败毒汤有稳定瘤体、延长生存期、增强免疫机能、提高生活质量的作用。

Yifei Baidu Decoction was used for treating 56 cases of intermediate and late nonparvicellular carcinoma of Lung as compared with 83 cases treated simply by chemotherapy.Results showed the stability rate of carcinoma(CR+PR+NC)was 80.4%in treatement group and 66.7% in control group,the survival rate of one year,two years and three years was 75.9%?35.2% and 12.9% in treatment group and 40.7%,23.3% and 10.0% in control group.That indicated Yifei Baidu decoction has the effection of stabling carcinoma,prolonging survival time,enhancing immune functions and improving life guality.
