辨证治疗晚期胃癌40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Late Carcinoma of Stomach Treated with the Therapy of Syndrome Differentiation

采用中医辨证方法治疗晚期胃癌 40例 ,并与同期采用化学药物治疗的 35例进行对照 ,主要观察两组临床症状、体重、生活质量、免疫功能、外周血象、肝功能以及生存率的情况 ,结果两组比较 ,差异有显著性 ;而两组治疗后瘤体变化情况比较 ,P >0 .0 5。

cases of late carcinoma of stomach were treated with the therapy of syndrome differentiation as controled with 35 cases treated by chemotherapy in the same period.The clinical symptoms,body weight,life quality,immune function,peripheral hemogram and suvival rate were observed mainly.There were significant differences as compared with the results of two groups and the changes of tumor after treatment in two group was not remarkable(P>0.05).
