摘要
目的通过对凝血指标(PT、APTT、TT)的测定观察脑血清颗粒对脑出血家兔的治疗作用。方法复制兔脑出血模型,设脑血清颗粒治疗组、清开灵对照组、脑出血模型对照组及正常对照组。结果各组间凝血指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论脑血清颗粒对脑出血家兔的凝血指标无明显影响。
Objective:TO observe therapeutic effect of Naoxueqing Granules on rabbits with experimental cerebral hemorrhage by determination of coagulation indexes(PT,APTT,TT).Methods:After the models of experimental cerebral hemorrhage in rabbits were established,the animals were randomly divided into 4 groups:Naoxueqing group,Qingkailing group,model group and normal cotrolled group.Results:The coagulation indexes of each group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both Naoxueqing Granules and Qingkailing Injection show no effect on the coagulation indexes of rabbits with experimental cerebral hemorrhage.
