摘要
目的 研究卟啉与金属离子形成配合物的光谱、色谱特性。方法 采用扫描配合物的吸收光谱和液相色谱分离的方法。结果 卟啉与4种金属离子形成配合物的最大吸收波长、配合物的稳定性及在HPLC上的分离特性不同。结论 金属离子的离子半径、核外电子排布、卟啉显色剂的空腔大小、流动相组成、色谱柱等都是影响配合物光谱、色谱性质的重要因素。
[Objective] To study the characteristics of spectrum and chromatogram of meso - tetrakis (4 - hydroxyphenyl) porphine. [Methods] Adopt method of separating spectrum of chalets on HPLC. [Results] The maximum absorbing wavelength, stability and separation on HPLC of chelates are difference due to the difference of metal ions and porphyrin. [Conclusion] The radiuses of metal ions, arrangement of extra - nuclear electron, cavity of porphyrin, composition of mobile phase and chromatographic columns are all the important factors that affect the characteristics of spectrum and chromatogram of porphyrin.
