摘要 目的 :优选金银花中绿原酸提取最佳工艺。方法 :以绿原酸含量为考察指标 ,通过对冷浸、渗漉、水提石灰乳沉、热回流 4种方法进行比较 ,再以正交实验进行优化。结果 :金银花中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺为 :10倍量 70 %乙醇 ,提取 2次 ,2 h/次。用醋酸乙酯萃取金银花浸膏 ,可以显著提高干膏中绿原酸的含量。结论 :该实验有效成分提取率高 ,稳定性好。 Objective:To study the optimum extraction process for chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae . Methods:The extraction process was investigated by soaking, permeating, extracting with water and calcium hydroxide, and hot refluxing, with extractive yield and chlorogenic acid as the indexes. The above processes determined were then optimized by orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extraction process consists of adding 10 folds of 70% ethanol, refluxing for 2 times, 2 h each time, and extracting with ethyl acetate finally. Conclusion:The extraction process shows high yield rate of active constituents and good stability.
