反相高效液相色谱法测定杏荷止咳糖浆中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Xinghe Zhike Syrup by RP-HPLC

目的 :用高效液相色谱 (RP- HPL C)法测定杏荷止咳糖浆中芍药苷的含量 ,为制定其质量标准提供参考。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为 ODS柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸 (2 0∶ 80 ) ,检测波长为 2 30 nm。结果 :芍药苷在 0 .4 6 4～ 3.2 4 8μg范围内线性良好。r=0 .9995。平均加样回收率为 99.8% ,RSD为 2 .6 8% (n=5 )。结论 :该法快速可行 ,结果准确 ,能有效地控制成品的质量。

Objective:To establish the method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Xinghe Zhike Syrup by RP HPLC. Methats:Using shim pack ODS column, acetonitrile 0.1% phosphate as the mobile phase and detection wavelength at 230 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.464～3.248 μg for the paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 99.8% and the RSD was 2.68%( n =5). Condusion:The method is simple and accurate and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
