高效液相色谱法测定唯茵骨乐胶囊中血竭素的含量

Determination of Dracorhodin in Weiyingule Capsules by HPLC

目的 :建立唯茵骨乐胶囊中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,ZORBAX- ODS色谱柱 ,乙腈 -甲醇 - 0 .0 5 mol/ L Na H2 PO4(30∶ 2 5∶ 4 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 :2 6 8nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.1% ,RSD为 1.76 %。结论 :方法简便、可靠 ,精密度高 ,分离度好 ,可用于唯茵骨乐胶囊的质量控制。

Objective:To devolop a method for the determination of the dracorhodin in Weiyingule Capsules. Methods:HPLC was used to determine the content of dracrhodin in Weiyingule capsules. The separation was performed on ZORBAX-ODS column with acetonitrile methol 0.05 mol/L NaH 2PO 4(30∶25∶45)as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detecotor was 268 nm.Results:The linearity of this method was good with the average recovery of 99.1%, RSD was 1.78%.Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable, and sensitive. It also shows good separating degree. It can be used in quality control of Weiyingule Capsules.
