摘要
目的 :建立测定保驾胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法 :样品用 70 %乙醇超声 4 5 min,在Spherisorb C18柱上。以甲醇 -水 -醋酸 (6 0∶ 39.6∶ 0 .4 )为流动相 ,在波长 2 70 nm处检测。结果 :淫羊藿苷含量测定的线性范围为 0 .12 5～ 1.0 0 0μg,线性回归方程为 Y =136 3487.95 X - 185 0 2 .77,r =0 .9997,平均回收率为 97.5 7% ,RSD =1.18%。结论 :该法简便、准确、重视性好 ,可作为保驾胶囊的质控方法。
Objective: To develop a method for the determination of the icariin contents of Biaojia Capsule by RP HPLC. Methods: The sample was shaken in an ultrasonic bath for 45 min. The contents were determined by RP-HPLC, with spherisorb C 18 column as stationary phase, methanol water acetic acid(60∶39.6∶0.4) as mobile phase and UV detector at 270 nm. Results:The content of icariin had a good linearity in the rage of 0.125～1.000 μg. Y =1 363 487.95 X -18 502.77, r =0.999 7. The average recovery is 97.57% and RSD is 1.18%( n =5). Conclusion:The method is rapid, reliable and simple, can be used for the quality control of Baojia Capsule.
