摘要
目的 :研究人牙髓血管微循环的三维立体结构。方法 :用血管铸型技术灌注人新鲜离体牙 ,在光镜及电镜下观察牙髓组织血管的分布、走行及微血管的结构特点。结果 :牙髓组织血管密集 ,微血管吻合较多。其主要的血管走行方向为与牙齿长轴平行。铸型中心部主要为主干血管及其交通支。可见到直径较粗的小动脉和小静脉 ,数量较少 ,但横向交通极其丰富。由主干发出的分支血管继续分支并相互吻合 ,形成密集的血管网。在成牙本质细胞层下 ,血管网发出终末毛细血管网的动静脉分支 ,形成连续的环形的末端接触 ,构成了铸型最外部的细枝样结构。在微动脉与微静脉之间可看见直接通路。微动脉的铸型表面还可见许多细胞核压迹 ,较均匀分布。结论 :牙髓组织血运丰富 ,其血运既具有末梢循环的一般特点 ,又符合其生理结构的特异性。选用甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为灌注材料 ,应用负压吸引的方法 ,是精细研究牙髓微循环的有效方法之一。
AIM:To study the three-dimensional structure of dental pulp microcirculation. METHODS:A low-viscosity synthetic resin was used as filling material, under negative pressure to make casts. Then their structural characteristics,distribution and runnings were observed by light and scanning electron microscope.RESULTS:The blood vessels of pulp tissue were dense,and had many communicating anastomosis between microvessels.The main direction of the vessels was parallel with the long axis of the teeth.The main vessels and their anastomosis were centered in the model. Their branches formed dense network, especially beneath the dentin.The anastomosing branches of the terminal capillary formed circular loops there.There were few little arteries and veins.The presence of the arteriovenous anastomosis formed was shown.On the surface of the vascular wall there were some endothelial nuclei impressions.CONCLUSION:The corrosive resin cast of human dental pulp provides a clear detailed stereoscopic display of pulpal vascular network.The dental pulp is abundant in blood supply.It has both the common characteristics of the terminal circulation and particularities coincided with its physiological structure.The technology of corrosion resin cast is feasible to studying the microcirculation of the human dental pulp.
