妇女解脲脲原体及沙眼衣原体感染与异位妊娠的关系

The relationship between genital infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis and ectopic pregnancy

目的 探讨育龄妇女解脲脲原体 (UU)及沙眼衣原体 (CT)感染与异位妊娠的关系。方法 分别采用培养法及单克隆抗体法检测 6 3例异位妊娠患者宫颈分泌物中的解脲脲原体及沙眼衣原体 ,同时取同期体检的病例 78例作对照。结果 异位妊娠组宫颈分泌物UU阳性率 42 86 % ,CT阳性率 17 46 % ,明显高于对照组UU阳性率 17.95 % ,CT阳性率 2 .5 6 % (P均 <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To explore the relationship between genital infections with Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and ectopic pregnancy. Methods 63 patients with ectopic pregnancy (case group) and 78 women who had a prenatal examination selected randomly at the same time (control group) were investigated in a case-control study. The samples from the secretion of cervix were collected to perform culture and successively detect for UU and CT using monoclonal antibody. Results In the case group more patients showed positive in the detection of UU (positive rate 42.86%) and CT (positive rate 17.46%) than the control group (UU, 17.95%; CT, 2.56%). There were significant differences in the positive rates of UU and CT between the case group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion There is a strong association between ectopic pregnancy and genital infection with UU and CT.
