摘要 目的 探讨颈椎发病过程中的生物力学机制。方法 运用生物力学方法 ,对 4具新鲜尸体颈椎标本建立模拟半在体模型 ,观察测试颈椎椎间盘和小关节应力变化。结果 颈椎标本在模拟半体状态下 ,椎间盘和小关节应力由后伸至前屈位 (- 5°→ - 15°) ,向椎体前方分别增大 4.96和3.48倍 ;由 +5°→ +15°时分别增大 3.35倍和 0 .5 2倍。结论 对颈椎稳定性及颈椎发病机制研究 ,应采取尽可能反映活体状态的实验方法 ,颈椎标本模拟半在体模型及实验方法是可行的。 Objective To study the biomachanical mechanism during the pathologic process of cervical syndrome.Methods We have set up the semi-on-body model on 4 fresh human corpse samples with biomachanical methods,the stresses change in the cervical intervertebral discs and the articular processes.Results During the semi-on-body condition,the stresses of frontal points in the cervical intervertebral discs and the articular processes in this cervical vertebral samples increase 4.96 and 3.48 times from extension to flexion (-5°→-15°);while 3.35 and 0.52 times in flexion from +5°to +15°.Conclusion The research on stability and etiologic mechanism of the cervical syndrome should be studied with the methods in which the live bodies are simulated to the best of their abilities.Furthermore,the semi-on-body model of the cervical vertebrae and the experiment methods are very feasible.
