姜黄素对脑出血患者自由基形成影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨姜黄素治疗脑出血的作用机制。方法 将 6 4例脑出血 (CH)患者随机分为姜黄素治疗组及非姜黄素治疗组 ,观察姜黄素治疗组和非姜黄素治疗组治疗前后脑水肿体积及血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)总活力和丙二醛 (MDA)含量变化。结果 姜黄素治疗组及非姜黄素治疗组治疗前血浆SOD总活力较对照组显著降低 ,MDA含量较对照组明显升高 ;脑水肿体积与血浆SOD总活力呈显著负相关 ,与MDA含量呈明显正相关。姜黄素治疗组治疗后血浆SOD总活力升高较非姜黄素治疗组更明显 ,MDA含量降低较非姜黄素治疗组更显著 ,脑水肿消退较非姜黄素治疗组更明显。结论 脑出血患者存在明显的氧化抗氧化平衡紊乱 ,自由基在脑水肿形成过程中起着重要作用。 Objective To understand the mechanisms of curcumin (Cur) in treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods In this study, 64 cases of ICH patients were included and were divided into Cur treated group(33 cases) and non Cur treated group(31 cases).The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and serum content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in Cur treated group and non Cur treated group were observed before and after treatment and were compared with those of control group.Results The serum SOD activity was much lower and the serum content of MDA was much higher in Cur treated group and non Cur treated group before treatment than in control group. The volume of brain edema was significantly negatively correlated with the serum SOD activity,while it was significantly positively correlated with the serum content of MDA.The activity of SOD in the Cur treated group was markedly higher than that in the non Cur treated group,the content of MDA in the Cur treated group was obviously lower than that in the non Cur treated group and the volume of brain edema in the Cur treated group was significantly smaller than that in the non Cur treated group after treatment.Conclusions There is abnormality in balance of oxidation and antioxidation in patients with ICH .The free radicals take part in the pathologic process of brain edema in patients with ICH. The antiedemic effect of Cur through inhibiting the production of free radicals may play a role in treatment of ICH.
