低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

目的 观察低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 不稳定型心绞痛病人 42例 ,男 2 8例 ,女 1 4例。年龄(68.2 8± 6.0 3 )岁。低分子肝素钙 5 0 0 0 IU,皮下注射 ,1次 /d,连用 1 4d。结果 低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效为 73 .3 1 %。低分子肝素钙能减少心绞痛发作的次数和硝酸甘油的用量 ,缩短心绞痛发作时间 ,减轻心肌缺血的程度。结论 低分子肝素钙是一种治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效、安全药物。

Objective To observe the curate effects on unstable angina pectoris treated with low molecular heparin calcium Methods 42 cases with unstable angina pectoris(male 28, female 14, their mean age 68.28±6.03)were treated with subcutaneous injection of 5 000 IU of low molecular heparin calcium, once a day and 14 days continuously Results The clinical curative effects on unstable angina pectoris treated with low molecular heparin calcium was 73.31% It could decrease the attack times, shorten the time of angina pectoris and decrease the degree of myocardial ischemia Conclusion Low molecular heparin calcium is an effective and safe medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
