中老年人高血压病及其相关因素调查分析

Analysis of Hypertension and Its Relevant Factors in Middle-aged and Senile Groups

目的 了解中老年人高血压病的患病情况及其与高血脂、高血糖、肥胖、脂肪肝患病率的关系。方法 对 3 0 1名中老年干部测量血压、身高、体重、血脂、血糖 ,并进行腹部超声检查。结果 3 0 1名受检者高血压患病率为 3 9.2 % ,各年龄组患病率有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,5 0岁以上人群为高危人群 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,高血压与高血脂、高血糖、肥胖、脂肪肝关系密切。结论 武警部队中老年干部同样存在着高血压病的诱发因素 ,应重视健康教育 。
