摘要
为研究不耦合装药结构对提高爆炸挤压空腔形成量的影响 ,从不耦合效应机理分析入手 ,得出了最优不耦合系数应使介质中不出现粉碎圈和单位质量炸药成腔量最大 ,进一步推导了最优不耦合系数的理论计算方法 .通过实例分析表明 ,用本文提供的计算方法确定的黏土中爆炸挤压最优不耦合系数在 2 5 4~ 2 71之间 ,与试验中 2 60的最优不耦合系数较吻合 。
The underground space can be greatly enlarged by de coupling charge structure. Best de coupling coefficient should make no smashing area in material and form maximum underground space caused by unit explosive. The theoretical calculating method of the coefficient of de coupling is concluded through the analysis of the mechanism of de coupling effect. The practical example illustrates that this calculating method is coincided with results in fact. The method has more great guidance significance to the optimism plan of the new blasting technology which utilizes the explosion effect of the explosive to compact the soil to form the underground space.
