摘要
工业锅炉复合颗粒清洁煤的研究是从煤炭的燃烧机理出发 ,结合动力配煤技术、煤炭分级燃烧和添加剂技术 ,形成一种适合工业锅炉燃烧的低污染的洁净燃料 .对比试验表明 ,链条炉排锅炉燃烧颗粒清洁煤比燃烧散煤初始烟尘排放浓度降低 60 % ,SO2 排放减少 80 % ,热效率提高近 2 0 % 。
This research about industrial boiler particle clean coal is based on the burning mechanism of coal. On the base of coal mixing technology, additive and screening technology, forming a clean fuel with low pollution emission which suitable to industrial boiler. Contrast with burning row coal, burning compound particle clean coal can reduce 60% of primal lampblack ejection, 80% of SO 2 exhaust and boost about 20% of hot efficiency. Above all, using compound particle clean coal can get conspicuous economical avail and social utility.
