摘要 介绍了梯级水电站自动发电控制 (AGC)的实现原理和主要的控制运行方式———频率控制方式和功率控制方式。并根据三峡梯级水电站具体情况阐述了AGC需要考虑之处。此外 ,描述了三峡梯级AGC调度系统中信息的流向。最后指出 ,在设计计算机监控系统AGC功能时 ,需结合电站特点、发电机组的特性及整个水利枢纽的特点与调度要求 ,本着简洁、实用的原则 ,适当做一些特殊的技术处理 。 With the introduction to AGCs implementing principle and main control operation methods-frequency control and power control, this paper narrates what AGC should pay attention to according to the specific condition in Three Georges Cascaded Hydropower Plant. Besides, flowing orientation of information is described in the Three Georges cascaded AGC scheduling system. It is concluded that to achieve satisfactory operation results, characteristics of the power plant and the generating units as well as the features and scheduling requirements of the whole hydro junction should be considered in designing AGC function of computer supervisory control system, and special treatments made based on the principles of concision and practicality.
