摘要
电站锅炉受热面小径管射线探伤通常使用X射线或192 Ir γ射线进行探伤 ,都有其局限性。当前 ,一些工业发达国家在小径管的射线探伤中应用了75Se射线源。为此 ,对75Se射线源的特性进行了分析 ,并进行了75Se γ射线、192 Ir γ射线和X射线对小径管透照的对比试验 。
Owing to the limitations of small bore tube radiographic examination of utility boiler heating surface by X or 192 Ir γ rays, 75 Se radiographic source is now applied for this purpose in some industrially developed countries. In this paper, the features of 75 Se radiographic source are analyzed, and a comparison test on small bore tube radiography by 75 Se γ, 192 Ir γ and X rays is included, which proves that the 75 Se radiographic source is of higher sensitivity and better tolerance.
