外电路的电阻对光伏空间孤子的影响

摘要 在考虑了背景光光伏效应贡献的情况下,可以通过改变外加电路的电阻来改变光伏空间孤子的宽度。在折射率改变为正的晶体中,暗孤子的孤子宽度随外加电阻的增大而减小;而对于亮孤子,情况刚刚好反过来。同时,对于背景光的有效Glass系数大于信号光的有效Glass系数的倩况,可通过改变外加电阻的大小实现亮暗光伏孤子的转换。 We have found that FWHMs of one - dimension photovoltaic. spatial solitons are modified by the space-charge field in the crystal, which can be con- trolled by a resistor in the external circuit. In this case, the photovoltaic contribu- tion of a background beam is taken into account. In a crystal with a positive pertur- bation of refractive index, the FWHMs of dark solitons decreases with resistance of the resistor, while the FWHMs of bright solitons increases with the resistance. Furthermore, when R (the ratio of the effective Glass constant of a signal beam over a background beam) is higher than 1 , we can switch dark solitons to bright solitons by decreasing the resistance or verse vise. During such process, both the wavelengths and the intensities of the signal beam and the background beam are kept unchanged. PACS: 42. 65. Tg, 42. 65. Wi, 42. 65. Jx
