摘要
介绍了用 1台低频激光测振仪对地震计做水平与垂直振动校准的原理。通过对测振仪光电信号的理论计算 ,得出了要获得最佳信号必须使垂直与水平测量光路保持等光程。据此设计并制出了高性能的低频测振仪 。
The principle of absolutely calibrating a seismograph using a Low\|Frequency Laser\|Vibration\|Measuring\|System (LFLVMS) in horizontal and vertical vibration table respectively is presented. After theoretically calculating the opto\|electrical signal, it is got that it is necessary to maintain the equal optical path between measuring beam and reference beam in mearsuring horizontal and vertical vibration table. Then a high quality Low\|Frequency Laser\|Vibration\|Measuring\|System (LFLVMS) is designed.
