摘要 等摩尔的硒氢化钠与二硫代氨基甲酸酯反应 ,以较高的产率生成相应的胺以及硫酚 (醇 ) .反应条件温和 ,操作简便 ,且副反应少 .根据实验所得结果 ,提出了可能的反应机理 . Sodium hydrogen selenide is a selenium-containing reagent with good nucleophilic and reductive properties. In order to research the reaction of sodium hydrogen selenide and dithiocarbamates in which molecular there are many functional groups, 1∶1 eq dithiocarbamate was added into the solution of sodium hydrogen selenide in ethanol. After the mixture solution was refluxed for several hours, C-N and C-S bonds in the molecular of dithiocarbamates were broken apart and the corresponding amines and thiophenols or thioalcohols produced good yields. This research provided a new reaction of sodium hydrogen selenide and dithiocarbamates with the advantages of simple operation, mild conditions and few side products. Probable mechanism was also given in this paper.
