摘要
应用透射电镜观察了泥蚶精子的形态结构 .泥蚶的成熟精子由头部与尾部组成 ,尾部可明显地分为中段和末段两部分 .头部由乳头状顶体与圆柱状细胞核构成 ,顶体内容物丰富 ,细胞核物质致密 .中段有 5个紧密排列的球状或椭球状线粒体围绕着轴丝 .末段细长 ,鞭毛状 ,由轴丝和外包轴丝的质膜组成 ,轴丝为典型的“9+ 2”结构 .
The ultrastructure of the spermatozoan of Tegillarca granosa was investigated using a transmission electron microscope. Each spermatozoan consists of two parts, the head and the tail, and the tail can be further divided into a middle piece and an end piece. The head is composed of a nipple-shaped acrosome and a cylindrical nucleus. The acrosome, filled with materials of a high electron density, is located in front of the nucleus, and there are a lot of fine and close granules in the nucleus. The centriolar compound comprised of five densely-arranged spheral or oval-shaped mitochondria forms the middle piece. The end piece is thin and long and consists of an axoneme and a plasma membrane. The axoneme is typical in structure and is of the 9+2 model.
