摘要
通过对 13种植物生长调节剂的试验 ,建立了用于筛选植物生长调节剂的生物检测方法 .该方法第 1步采用萝卜、黄瓜、小麦、油菜 4种幼苗生长法联合筛选 ,第 2步采用萝卜子叶扩张法、黄瓜子叶生根法联合筛选 ,这样能保证有生长调节剂活性的化合物在普筛中不被漏筛 ,而且方法简便 ,测试周期短 .
The bio-assay method for screening 13 kinds of plant growth regulators was investigated using seedling growth for radish, cucumber, wheat and rape, cotyledon expending of radish,and cotyledon rooting of cucumber. Application of the above procedures could ensure that chemical compounds with the activity of plant growth regulation would not be mis-screened. The method exhibited potential for the screening of plant growth regulators.
