摘要
以党的“十五”大报告中提出的分配理论为依据 ,结合国有企业分配机制的实际状况 ,提出国有企业分配制度改革的目标模式。特别是在效率与公平、按劳分配与按生产要素分配、市场与政府的作用。
Based on the theory of distribution put forward in the report of the 15th National Party Congress and on the practice in distribution within state owned enterprises,this article proposes an objective mode for the reform on distribution systems.In this mode some new ideas are presented with respect to efficiency and equity,distributions according to work or to factors of prodcution,the role of market and government and the structure and system of distribution.
