摘要
本文介绍了在产品需求分析中如何将客户需求映射至产品生产需求的方法,主要是将需求映射过程分为三个阶段: 用增长树算法对用户需求重要性排序;用质量功能配置完成用户需求重要性向产品工程特性重要度的映射;应用模糊集理论完成用户需求特性值向工程特性参数值的映射及工程特性值的量化,从而客观地将用户真正的需求转化为生产过程中对产品工程特性的需求。
A method for product requirement mapping is introduced in this paper. It divides mapping process into three phases. Sorting importance of customer requirements(CR) by tree growing algorithm, mapping ordering of CR into ordering of product characteristic(PC) based on Quality Function Deployment, applying fuzzy set theory to the mapping of CR values to PC values and quantification of the latter. Then the genuine CR can be translated into PC correctly.
