摘要
近几年来, CRM软件的兴起,使得数据挖掘等新技术在市场分析预测、客户分析预测方面得到广泛的使用。因此完全可以利用企业产品历年的销售数据以及调查结果,形成一个关于产品的数据仓库,然后在此基础上挖掘出客户需求的规则和模式,并进行需求模糊推理和市场模拟,实现对产品开发的指导。在这个思路指导下我们开发出一个基于数据挖掘及模糊推理的需求分析模型。
Recently, with the research of CRM software, some new technologies such as data mining have been utilized widely in many fields such as market and customer analysis. So enterprise product sales and survey data can be formed into a product data warehouse. From the data warehouse, rules and models about customer requirements can be mined, and utilizing the rules and models, we can ratiocinate customer requirements, simulate the market competition, and direct the product development. According to the thoughtfulness, we have developed a model of data mining-based customer requirements analysis, which is described in this paper.
